There are a handful of miscellaneous NPCs running around with reskinned azure, tailed, pith, and plumed round helms, as well as plate helms of the 3* variety. All of them had their prismatic components removed, except for the rear lip of the plate helms, for some reason. This includes Brinks, the token vendor. Seems accidental.
