First time this has happened to me

OK, I started playing Spiral Knights only on February 2020. So it is about more than 9 months. I have played over 600 ours of Spiral Knight. During this period, I estimated that I transmuted weapons and gear about 150 times. Could be 200 times but I doubt so.
Suddenly while transmuting a spur into an arc razor, I got an UV. This happens around 10% of the time. I wasn't too excited about this because I wasn't expecting a great UV. Then guess what? When I was casually checking what type of UV I received while transmuting a spur into an arc razor, I got a CTR VH UV!
To say that I was shocked is an understatement. Of course I intend to transmute this particular arc razor into a Turbillion. As always, the experts will say it is ideal to get a CTR VH UV on a Brandish or an ASI VH on a Warmaster Rocket Hammer but I honestly am very satisfied and contented on getting this UV on this particular weapon.
Now, I need an expert opinion on the Turbillion from the experts in the game here. Is the Turbilion a decent weapon? Please take note that I dont intend to sell this by the way.....unless I intend to quit Spiral Knights completely.

Crispy-Nightmares made good comments. Turbillion is not one of the "best" swords, but it is quite fun. (I say the same things about DVS/WHB and Sudaruska/Triglav.)
My one warning is that Turbillion's charge feels a bit buggy. The projectiles don't hit enemies in the way that you expect. (Am I remembering that correctly?) So this is not the best weapon to get CTR+4 on. But don't let that stop you from enjoying it.

Congrats! Something about crafting a UV rather than buying/rolling makes it more cool
Turbillion is a very enjoyable weapon to use due to its unique attack style. It will take you longer to clear levels, but you’ll have much more fun doing so.
All depends on your outlook:
if u want an enjoyable experience, use that Tourbillion
if u are seeking pure efficiency, can’t beat brandish
