Guys! Can we agree in something? The art of the game is crazy good!
I mean really, it remembers me the Ghibli animation films.
It's just well balanced in colors, it's just like a painting so smooth so soothing, calm and never ending.

I don't know, anybody knows something similar to this?

yep

Yes, the art style --- cute but not overly so, wryly humorous, etc. --- is what keeps me in love with Spiral Knights.

I whole-heartedly agree

But it's really the music and play mechanics that make it such an enjoyably relaxing game.

Mawa still plays??

The art and music combined make the experience really immersive for sure.

playing with the game music turned off is not quite as good, but hearing the same theme for over 1000 times is rough

no music for me

Yeah, people say that the music is very good, and I believe them. But I can't stand to hear the same music again and again, so I've been playing with music off since my first week in the game.

The music is really good, but if I'm grinding FSC/Vaults/Kats, I have to turn the music off and listen to a podcast or audiobook. If I'm just playing a mission or two, I turn the music back on.

Music Clarification

@Thats-Rough-Buddy - Yes, Mawa still plays, lol. My interest waxes and wanes, but this game is still the best, imo.

I especially like the log-in screen music. There was one time when I had a two-week ban for a COMPLETE misunderstanding, and I'd open the log-in screen just to listen to that music. I also like the ready room music and the music in haven. When I hear those tunes, my brain just gets all warm and fuzzy. Probably something to do with all the great memories associate with it. I can still remember the delicious agony of waiting for my mist to regenerate so that I could play another level. The fun of conquering new levels. Watching with delight as new things were added to the game, though sadly not nearly enough. (No Radiant Silvermail Helmet? No more bosses? Kudos, though, for finally making a 5* Windmillion - the cleverly named Turbillion.) Game play music and other screen music is a different matter.
