but i can log on my second.

In a guild?
I read up on some older posts, and it seems that getting kicked from your guild will fix this problem. I asked my GM to kick me and I was then able to head to town.

ps pressed back and tried to log in again. now, stuck on logging on lol...

If this is a problem specific
If this is a problem specific to a character or account, but you can log in with other characters or accounts, you should use the Support portal to get in touch with the Game Masters. They might have more information for you. If you cannot log in with any characters or accounts, you should check your internet connection, possibly restart your router.
I'm having the same prob, its the "Heading into town..." glitch.
My main (First Acc) cannot log in whatsoever, but my other accounts can. Weird huh? I need help :/
