Simply i was putting a UV ticket, i had a infinite animation, the ticket disappeared and the UV wasn't put!
I think a lot of players have this issue across the game
Also when buying something with tokens from Brinks make the tokens disappear too, and you don't get the loot
Likely due to packet loss/ high ping, the item you were meant to receive would be sent later.

If the items haven't shown up after a little while, please submit a bug report using F2 (those aren't replied to) and then email us at support@spiralknights.com with your IGN and as much detail as you can — what you were trying to do, roughly when it happened, and any other relevant detail. That'll help us take a closer look.
