VHIGH CTR Blast Bomb would probably fetch 10k+ CE imo
I don't think I've ever seen one for sale or in person so even though the market is probably small it is still quite the collector's item and the nitronome benefits more than any bomb from maxing out CTR so it is the most useful UV for non-bombers. Rare and useful is a valuable combination!
