Was crafting a Calibur for myself but got a pretty decent UV, should I sell (and how much is it worth?) or keep it to use?

ASI on Calibur which is quite quick sword is in my opinion uselss. If you got ASI high on slow swords like the Avenger, Faust and Troika line, then it is good.

While less valuable than a High CTR calibur, some players do in fact prefer Attack Speed. You should probably sell it.
Sell, buy energy with the price, craft again.
