For T2, I recommend making a Calibur, Owlite Shield, Magic Robe, Wolver Cap OR Cobalt Helm, and a Skelly Mask in that order. You could obviously make a Magic Hood and Wolver/Cobalt/Skelly armors instead. The idea is that you want some elemental resist and either pierce or shadow depending on the gate you're running. Can't go wrong with the Calibur line and the Owlite Shield is good for just about everything. Once you have those covered you can complete the other halves of the sets according to what you think you need.

It will be cheaper, starting out, to try to find someone who already has the recipes for what you're looking for rather than buying the recipes yourself. Look up the materials on the wiki and be sure to have the crowns and energy required to craft the item, plus a tip of ~100 crowns. You can find crafters in either the in-game trade channel or the Bazaar subforum.

hes got wolver cap, armour, cutter, brandish, autogun owlite shield free to start with, he can decide what to buy from there.

just liked that he was asking questions and using the forum which is twice as much as some people you see ingame begging.
also warped him to end of tier 1 to talk to warden to save his energy.

so ya, bypasses the early phase of wasting energy/crown on useless crap before you realise what you shouldve bought :-D

Squad, keep asking around and checking wiki/forums, and when i am online(sometimes daily to use mist or not on for a week at a time) feel free to bug me with any /tells you wish.
youtube is also decent to check out how people approach the bosses, watch the people who win, and compare the to the people who fail to see where they went wrong, good way to waste time while waiting for mist to regen :-p
