Simple Question: Is the penalty "Attack Speed ​​Decrease" Spiral Plate armor applies to all types of attacks? (Sword, Handgun, Bomb)

Bombs don't have an attack

Bombs don't have an attack speed, since they charge. But it would apply to guns and swords.
