Being that I got my non-UV'd freezing atomizer one time, I wasn't expecting to get a UV for my shivermist buster. Yesterday though when I crafted my SMB it said: "Unique Variant Acquired". Being that it was the 5* version I was seriously surprised of getting a UV. Yes, the odds are still the same and I still shouldn't have got my hopes up at that time. When I looked at the UV, I was shocked. It was CTR low. (Maybe it was medium) Yes, low isn't the best being that I bought it from the 4* stage and didn't craft it myself, but hey, I got it for a cheap price AND probably saved me some CE being that CTR can take a while.

I got a UV on my Dark Thorn
I got a UV on my Dark Thorn Shield, turned out to be Normal Medium... pretty sweet. One problem, it is on my alt >_< When is that unbind shop coming out again? Lucky alt, I guess.
Wow, Rangerwill, so nice of him to give you that cutter instead of just making another and give you that one instead. Construct is a great UV for the cutter series. At least you tipped him well :)

I don't think he actually checked if it had a uv, I think he just clicked the X right away, I traded with him, and whoops, it was done.

The only time I got a UV on
The only time I got a UV on any of my crafts was for a Voltech Alchemer Mk II that I made...for a friend. =\
And it was low damage bonus against beasts.
*sigh*

I crafted 6 UVs, two days
I crafted 6 UVs, two days ago.
A full jelly set, full cobalt set. All were low resistances though... :\
So lucky though.

how about unlucky?
i once got a CTR very high... on a prismatech alchemer. i made one because i needed a cheap elemental weapon to balance my resource-draining faust at the time. of course, nobody uses it, so... grrr

Some of you guys got pretty
Some of you guys got pretty darn lucky.
The very first cutter I made(have a vile striker now) is a UV vs gremlin very high.
Also, lately, every time I go down a random lift, I always get treasure vaults.
And a few days ago, in ANOTHER treasure vault, a plant(the ones you can step on) turned into a 50 crown coin.
And today, when I went into YET ANOTHER treasure vault(were I said "WHAT!?" when I entered and stared at my screen for a minute or so), one of the party boxes turned into a Scary Skelly Suit!
Now, I don't know if this happens to people who were beta testers, or if OOO thinks it's my birthday(several days in a row, and I highly doubt that they would do something on my "birthday"), or if someone has hacked the game in my favor.
(Oh, and if any of you people are wondering about the truthfulness of what I said, my IGN is Autofire, I'll show you the Skelly Suit(bound it already))

Crafted 30 Haze Bombs. Got 2
Crafted 30 Haze Bombs. Got 2 CTR : Very Highs. Kept one (now shivermist burster) sold the other for 10,000 CE. The rest of the Haze Bombs sold for enough to recoup the cost of crafting those 30.
Never crafting that recipe again. Spent my luck already.

I crafted my own shivermist
I crafted my own shivermist buster and had a guildmate make me a UV low fiend leviathan blade. Had them in my inventory unbounded for a couple weeks and then the patch that bound all 4* and 5* hit so I sold them for a bunch of CE. Now I can craft whatever I feel like!

My first good UV ever today, I decided to upgrade my Striker to a Hunting Blade, and to my surprise........................... CTR Med UV.

Dark Thorn Shield UV
Upgraded to a Dark Thorn Shield a few days ago, and boy was I surprised to see the UV, Pierce Resist High. I wonder how much I could sell it for were it unbound, but for now I'm happy to use it.

Crafted a Wolver Cap and got
Crafted a Wolver Cap and got Normal Defense Maximum out of it. This was two days after I started playing, had no idea it was worth anything at the time. Was the second thing I crafted after my Caliber. Now it's an Ash Tail Cap, keeping my head warm.

First craft luck
Bought the Haze bomb recipe, learnt it and then started crafting. The very first Haze bomb that I crafted I got UV CTR Very High. WOOT!!! Sold it for 8.2K CE :-)
Also when I crafted my very first calibur I got UV CTR High. Same thing happened with my very first defender with UV Shadow defense High. Back then I was a newb and didn't know the value of UV, so I equipped them :(

Not so lucky
Not so lucky, but in the first 7 Haze Bombs that I have crafted, in the 7th (the last one) I got a UV High dmg bonus vs Fiends.
Once, I was buying cutters for low prices then selling them on the auction house for a few hudred more cr, but 1 time, a guy said: I can craft you one for 2500 crowns. I was happy with this because on the AH, the prices were 3500 cr. So, he crafted it, I gave him 2500 cr, and I looked at it. it said. Bonus damage vs. costruct HIGH! I was thrilled, and I actually went and gave the guy an extra 100 cr. I asked on the forums how much it was worth, and they said at least......... 50000 cr. I was shocked. I sold it for 50000 cr, bought it for 2500 cr. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
