So I was buying a few items from the Auction House, one of which included a Dusker Coat for about 29,995 with an "Increased Normal Defence: Low" I clicked on it, selected buy now, and then nothing, the item was removed from the AH listing, as were my crowns, but no mail was recieved for the purchase.

The same thing happened to me. I bought the item
and it never came and I lost my crowns.
I think the item I bought was just about to end (time=very short)
and when I was looking through the items the one i got was
over but it hadn't been removed do to the fact that it hadn't refreshed.
I'm really not sure why this is happening but I hope it gets fixed and
even though I only spent 3500 crowns it would still be nice to get that
back.

The exact same thing happened
The exact same thing happened to me. I bid on a 11.000 recipe, crowns got removed from my account, but no bid was placed on the recipe. Tried again, this time the bid got placed but the first 11.000 weren't returned to me so now I am 11.000 crowns short.
I sent a support request 2 days ago but they haven't answered yet.

I am also having this same problem only that the first time it happened, i was not getting the item nor losing crowns, but the item would disappear from the AH lists. Now a few hours later, I have tried again (i still had not gotten the items i bought earlier nor lost the crowns to them) only this time i was able to get the email saying i have new items from the AH but however when i click accept, they would not appear in my inventory and the mail would clear itself, thus i managed to lose money buying 14 monster bones which all together was about 500 crowns. i did however receive 2 of the 16 monster bones i had bought all together.
