Speed Increase VS Damage Increase

I am wearing full Vog right now, speed increase is at 'Very High' but what I am seeing as an increase on my Divine Avenger I am not liking, it's is very minimal. the bar compared from normal speed to after the effects of my armor show only a 1/4 bar increase to the speed. Is this normal? even my Vile Striker seems to be benefiting more from the increase than the Divine Avenger which seems very flawed, slower weapons should get more of an impact in terms of speed increase than a fast weapon.

TL:DR Speed increase has minimal impact on DA, is this a bug. Is the damage increase just as minimal?

Bars are liars, test it

Bars are liars, test it yourself in the training room or whatever. You'll notice it.

So it is a bug, but on the graphical side. Okay thanks. Would post picture but I don't know how...

it's not a bug

It's not a bug, the bars simply don't represent real stats. IMO a bug is something not working as intended. The bars are more of just a misrepresentation, but not a bug. Also, it's still possible we simply don't know the proper way to read the bars (unlikely)

Percentage

It works off percentage boost (as far as I know), not fixed numbers.

For example, if your damage was originally 25 and you had a max boost (somewhere around a 40% boost), you might start doing somewhere around 35 damage. That's about a 10 point damage increase. Now if you did to 200 damage and only got a fixed, 10 point increase, you'd feel gypped, right? But with about a 40% increase, you'd do somewhere closer to 280.

We don't have exact numbers on how speed increases yet, but you can be fairly sure that the speed increase is also a percentage. You'll feel nearly instant with something that's already fast, but you'll feel less of a change with a slower weapon.

Being very familiar with the three heavy swords (Khorovod, Divine Avenger, Gran Faust), I can say for certain that the Avenger/Faust (whose actual attack speeds are equal) get a better boost than the Khorovod (whose attack speed is terrible). For me (wearing swiftstrike and fallen set), it's even noticeable to the point that I'm thrown terribly off when I don't have attack speed very high or ultra.

You're just too used to faster swords ;/

To clarify any confusion, I

To clarify any confusion, I was only looking at the bar status of the speed before and after speed increasing effects, there is a 'Graphical glitch' that prevents it from showing the true speed increase.

The left stats are DA after speed increase stats are applied, the one to the right are normal weapon statistics:
