okey so i just got banned for 24 hours for spamming a guy that was trying to scam people that joined his party and when they would give into his scam requests he would kick them from the party, and thanks to this scammer reporting for spamming him i got banned, and now i ask why do you ban me and not the scammer? is spammers worse than scammers? he tries to get accounts and crowns from people. i have it all recorded with fraps.

I don't think it's very hard to understand. Just because someone does a wrong doesn't mean it makes it alright to do so as well. If you were smart you would have reported them and nothing else.
Edit:
Also, no, they have the right to ban anyone for any reason they feel like, and without giving any warning if they don't want to. All online gaming companies have this right.

this sux in any other game i wouldve gotten like an hour ban, and a GM would contact me asking what the problem is, but noooooo here they just ban without knowing anything, so how would i get this guy banned then? i reported him i have reported many scammers but they do nothing to them. even when i show proof.

Please follow the Spiral Knights forum guidelines instructions on how to appeal a penalty. The forums are not the place to do this.
one more thing i forgot to add, instead of just banning people without knowing the reason you should confront them and ask what happend instead of being some wanna be gods banning without any communication. well i say this game lack communication. a GM should never ban without having to confront both parties.
