I personally prefer the quick reply box below, type, preview, make any necessary changes, then either preview and continue to edit or save and submit

Umm... You can post reply by simply using the "Post new comment" thingy right under the last post in a thread. Then hit Preview (so u can notice that you wrote "no" instead of "know" and stuff...) and then hit Save.

EDIT: oh, just noticed the little "Reply" button on the bottom of each comment. So that'd be another way how to do that ;)
