It's a factory. There are robots there. I havn't exactly been reduced to a gibbering mess trying to make sense of that, to be honest.
There are lots of hazards the robots like to stand in and they're often at frenetic knife-fight range. Those of you who were using bombs or alchemers for your construct-killing needs may wish to invest in a sword for construct killing.
Yeah elemental defense and damage seems pretty useful for these levels. Gremlins actually seem like a pretty uncommon occurrence on the levels so you probably wouldn't find it too hard to dispatch them with just an elemental sword. I also recommend a gun of some sort due to the bajillion switches and explosives that need to be detonated without you standing right next to them.
Gremlin and Constructs have always been paired together, like Beasts and Slime, Undead and Fiends.
Of course gremlins and construct go together, the gremlins build most of the constructs. It just seems right for undead and fiends to go together, they're nearly the same. And I guess slimes could also be considered animals like beasts, I always thought of slimes as giant single celled organisms.

I just saw in the wiki that there was no Gremlins in there, only Constructs. I guess this is why its Construct themed. Never mind, my Avenger will go great in there.
There's like 3 gremlins in the area, not none.
2 at the very end before boss, and one other I believe.
Well the thing is that Germlins build constructs so it makes sense. If a Gremlin boss does come around it'll probably be the king himself or some kind of super minion. The Flamethrowing Gremlins do elemental damage, I'm not sure about the demo gremlins but an explosion would lead me to believe they have elemental damage too.
