Quicksilver Movement Bonus

So, the quicksilver mail has been revamped and made available through tokens and upgradable to 5*. That's cool, but it doesn't look like the 3* quicksilver mail you buy from Brinks for tokens has a movement bonus--has the movement bonus been done away with? Does it show up at higher levels or higher * variants of the gear? Anyone know for certain?
'Cause, let's face it: a movement bonus would basically be the most desirable thing armor can give you in this game.

I heard that the 4* and 5*
I heard that the 4* and 5* versions obtain movement speed increase once you upgrade to them. I can't speak from my own knowledge though, just passing info i heard.
I was wondering what happened to instances of the old Quicksilver mail, actually. Does anyone who has it know?
