When I was toying with the idea of making a Drake Scale Shield I considered a Shadow max UV to be the perfect UV for it. This may be more-so because I play a lot more tier 3 than any other tier, though.

Maybe for you, but for me I consider Normal defense to be pretty important on a shield, so I was more than happy to get that one.
