Cold Iron Carver Recipe
Me: 64k
Total: 60k
Me after buy: 4k
And guess what --'...I have 4k and NO RECIPES !....and now I cant login to the game for some reason --'.
Theres anyway a GM, can check my game log or something ? to see what happens ?
I want my 60k back...or the 3 recipes i payed for ...

it happened to everyone who made a trade, bought something, got anything in the clockworks, or anything similar. whatever was traded or bought or found, was lost. except for the energy i traded to my cousin who was in the same room as me on a different cpu. it was BS! i sold him a bunch of CE and HE got the energy, but i didn't get the crowns because of the server failure
unfortunately mine didnt back to normal --'
I reloged now...and i have 4428 cr --' AND NONE OF THE THREE RECIPES I BOUGTH.
that's really not fair ¬¬, waiting Gm in-game or a reply ...
i traded CE for CR and my CE is gone (and the person got it) and the person's crowns are gone, but i never got them
Please submit a support request via https://www.spiralknights.com/support/#requests_new and a GM can look into this for you. Be specific about what happened and when so that they have enough information.

07/11 around 10:00~11:30 pm (GMT -3 Brazil), I bougth 3 recipes: Dread Skelly Mask Recipe, Wild Hunting Blade Recipe, Cold Iron Carver Recipe, I purchase and 60k gone, and no recipe for me. and now at 8:55pm (GMT -3 Brazil) I have around 4k --'
I just want the Recipes I bougth just that ... please Check my Acc log.
And as you can see, lots of ppl having the same problem yesterday, many threads about ...
theres anyway u can submit this to support since your are a GM ?

equinox, i did it, just with Steam Browser works this sites for me, don't know why
I send one #mail and I did one #requests_new with this account since I can't log in on the site with my steam account, but I explained all and typed my Knight name like three times.
Hope i can have my 60k back or the 3 Recipes i bougth, I'm waiting ;]

Have you tried relogging? Apparently something server-side screwed up for a bit, affecting auction, shops and the CE market. A friend of mine said he relogged after it went back to normal and it fixed his issue.
If that doesn't work, I hope GMs will sort it all out for you.
