I play SK on steam and i just started technically and well i play the first mission after the crash site tutorial and after about 10-15 sec of game-play my game just closes with out any error message or warning of any kind so i have no clue why this is happening pleas help.

You're missing that file. Try and get it from a friend's installation or something.
You can unpack the file from the full-music-bundle.jar located in the /rsrc folder. Winrar will do the trick (if you have to get it, get it from rarlab.com)
Paste the contents of projectx.log.
