well i came here because i discovered that my silent nightblade has a problem.
my silent nightblade its now lvl10 and i have full 4star equip but it still only does 1 explosion(at the distance of the second explosion). but my friends haves the exact same set but his silent nightblade makes 2 explosions :S.
both tested 25 charged attacks and i did 0 double explosions while he did 20 double explosions and 5 normal ones. there is something wrong with my weapon? :S

Any UVs on those weapons by any chance? When my sword was 4 star it only rarely did 2 explosions.
A lot of people with an Acheron claim to never see three explosions, but I regularly get three myself.
Possibly that lag on your end causes the explosions (or one of them) to be invisible. I think this is similar to the disappearing puppy missiles. Try using the charged attack on an enemy and see if they get hit twice anytime. Turn on damage numbers to be sure.
I have this problem too. The wiki led me to believe the 2nd explosion was a rare occurence. I'll take a closer look, but I'm fairly certain there really is only one explosion.
Make sure that you're not up against a wall, I know this sound obvious... but it won't even show if you're too close to a wall. My Silent Nightblade is fine... i do more double explosions than I do single explosions. I hope they fix your problem.
this my be off topic but i been having the same probblim with my bradidhs and the nightblade but it doesent happen all the time whet the 2 weapons
among the people i know with this problem it seems to be steam users only? maybe thats part of the problem, tho it could just be coincidence.
