A couple places on this forum, there's announcements that the NDA was lifted. I never saw one anywhere when I was signing up, but when I verified my email address I saw this:

forums, wiki or any emails you may receive!
Is this just something that hasn't been removed yet, or should I have not shown all my friends? If the latter... oops... sorry...
The NDA is lifted as per the reading in the forum. The verification email likely hasn't been updated yet.
