hi
I don't know the going rate per se, but i'd say this: Max element is still a power UV. Element is a stat the vog cub lacks natively. I'm thinking this item would fall in that magic 15k+ ce range. Also PvP may make pierce more important (it may not too).
P.S. I'd make sure to sell it before a 2nd t3 boss is introduced. It's value will likely go down if there is a new poison/curse/etc themed t3 boss.
