what's the min offer (in CE) if I want the cutter as Dread Venom Striker ASI mid?

Will take me some time to level it from cutter --> Dread Venom Striker, so not really sure about that. Plus I will require the unbinding cost

Considering that you pay the mats:

Upgrading will be ~1.6k CE, unbinding 4k CE, but the problem is I don't know how long it is going to take to level it to level 10 from a Vile Striker

Not really sure what price to put on it.

8k CE to start sound fair? And what is your IGN :)
