If I wear a whole Mad Bomber Set, which gives me a lot of Debuffs, but I get a Poison, Fire, Freeze, & Shock UV, all on Maximum!, would it cancel out the whole Debuffs or give me a slight Resistance to them?

EDIT: Sorry, didn't read clearly.
I don't want to waste a UV Space & because I want the Very High Bomb Damage Bonus from the Set.
Mad Bomber essentially gives -med "bonus" so 4 maxes would indeed cancel out the debuff. Rolling a poison/fire freeze/shock max set will not be easy/cheap though.
