Yes, it's another thread about the spending limit, but hear me out. 3 weeks ago I reached my spending limit. Since then I have been patient for this day when I can buy energy again (It's been exactly one month since my first purchase of energy.) only to log in and realize I can't buy the 50 dollar energy pack to get my money's worth, only the 20 dollar and below. My question is: How much must I wait until I can finally purchase the 50 dollar pack? =/

I use Steam, and my knight is the same as my username on here. And because I use Steam to purchase, I don't see a history on this site, and I'm given literally no information about how long the wait periods are. Help me out please? Thanks.

Oh, and I also submitted several billing inquiries through support the last few weeks and haven't had one reply. I'd just like a little communication and information.

An easy way to get around it

An easy way to get around it is to make a second, non steam account and buy it on there, you will have a second 100$ limit.

Doesn't really solve my problem though. I have 50 dollars already on my steam account that is just sitting there, and I've waited patiently for a month already. =/

Oh! My apologies, you're on a Steam account, which is different than the account you use to log in to our website. Log back into our support section, and you should be able to see the response.

I'm not able to name e-mail providers without potentially violating your privacy, but you're using a fairly popular free service which has unfortunately been getting caught up in our spam filters on occasion. In the future, what we'd recommend doing if at all possible is using an alternate e-mail address if your first e-mail doesn't receive a reply within a few days. It's only that one particulare free service, as far as we know - you should be all right using the others. We'd much rather get multiple e-mails than none at all when someone needs help with something!

For the record, Steam isn't

For the record, Steam isn't the issue - the only difficulty there is that you're using a different account to log into the website, so you're not getting support updates mailed to you. :) This is strictly an e-mail thing. Glad you like the game!

@Theredcomet If you look at

@Theredcomet If you look at your Steam account details, theres a "game transaction" link above your purchase history. This tracks all micro-transactions for games using Steam Wallet.

http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Billing_FAQ#Spending_Limit

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't each transaction applied to the spending limit and cycled out 30 days after purchase? So say for instance if you purchased a 7500 pack ($20) every week for 4 weeks (total $80), and you want to buy a 20k pack ($50), you need to wait 37 days from the first purchase before you'll have enough room in the spending limit. 30 days for the 1st purchase ($80-20 = $60), then another 7 days for the 2nd purchase ($60-20 = $40) to be cycled out.
