Crafting crowns is

Crafting crowns is 5,000+2,500+1000+400 = 8,900 (~150ce) and then crafting ce is 800+400+200+50 = 1450 so the total is 1600 + 4000 (unbind) = 5,600 ce.
Which is why you probably are not going to end up finding a plethora of sellers at the price points you listed of 5,500 or 5,000. Just letting you know ahead of time in case you actually want to buy any of this stuff before next January.

(Also most people tossed at least a single roll at the goblins on anything by now which means 5,900 ce sunk in. Don't forget that recipes also cost 25,000 + 10,000 + 4,000 + 1,000 = 40,000 (~800ce) which means if they have spent total 6,700 ce. That's why you'll see most prices average 6.5k ~ 7k for plain gear.)

As an alternate suggestion since it seems like you are trying to save money, you could craft it yourself. That is the cheapest option available. Or try to buy 4* gear instead at considerably less CE and then turn it into 5* yourself?

This is the part where he tells you not to reply if you're not going to sell him anything for 5k CE. He offered me 6k for my Gran Faust one day and then changed it to 5k CE when I responded to him. It's not worth it to try and explain the pricing to him really.
