Wednesday 3rd August noon GMT time (approximately): Pressed transmute to create an Avenger sword. Had 100 mist, 1303 crystal energy, 2 sealed swords, with the non-equipped level 5 sealed placed by default into the transmute slot.
100 mist + 300 ce was consumed, Transmute complete was shown (had 1303 ce and 100 mist before, had 0 mist and 1003 ce afterwards) and no Avenger appeared in arsenal, still got 2 sealed swords.
Filed a bug report on Wednesday 3rd Aug at approximately 19:00 GMT and another one on Saturday 6th August approx at 13:00 GMT.

Still no ce + mist tank refund or avenger in arsenal.
