When I tried to re-install SK, it was downloading but it goes over and over again, i mean i can't play because after it patches it goes to downloading all over again. May I ask if this is the problem of our computer or what?

If you look at the projectx.log file, it'll show you what its up to. Chances are the downloads are coming corrupted or write attempts blocked, forcing it to start over.
