You do realize its easier to upgrade a striker, don't you? Unbinding cost is 4k CE, lowest offer I can expect is 5k CE. Lowest reasonable offer is 6k CE. Crafting is 3k CE, approximately. If you buy a striker and upgrade it yourself, crafting will be cheaper.
