Temporary constant Client hanging

Hi,
Lately I've been noticing that whenever I go into the Clockworks, my client constantly hangs for about a second then unfreezes. When this happens the entire screen freezes and the music keeps playing, but if it freezes longer than ~3 seconds, the music stops and eventually the client instantly closes. Also I should mention that if I'm pushing any buttons (ex. W, A, S, or D) when the freezing happens, those buttons stick even if i let go of them and wait for the client to unfreeze.Thankfully if the client crashes and I open SK again I'm still in the same spot. I know for a fact that it's not my graphics card, or my CPU (its quad-core) because normally I get somewhere between 70-120 fps in-game. I also have 8 GB of DDR3 RAM. I have already tried re-installing Java and SK, but the problem still persists. Is there anyone that may have the same problem? And also what else can I try doing to help this? Thanks.

UPDATE: The problem has gone away. I do not know why, but I have done a disk de-frag. and a disk cleanup to prevent from happening again just in case.

The hanging improved after I

The hanging improved after I de-fragmented my hard drives, I updated the drivers for my GPU and I also uninstalled a bunch of programs I don't use. It was most likely memory issues on my computer. I would suggest that anyone that has the problem I described to clean up their computer as much as possible and give javaw.exe high priority if they can, more RAM would definitely help as well, and keep any hardware in your computer updated.
