First off, I was trying to join an open party. For some reason it didn't link me up with a party, it just dumped me in that map with noone. Second problem was this:

My dungeon inventory and health/heat bar disappeared.

I was spamming commands to see if the numpad would let me use my vials. Apparently not.

I could pick up vitapods and it would increase my health, I could pick up heat, but I don't know if it actually added anything, I died at the third arena and ragequit. I could pick up vials and pills, but I couldn't use them. I eventually couldn't pick up anymore health pills, probably because I already came across 3.
