I start up the game through Steam, and it goes to the character select screen and even says I have a new message, but when I click to start playing, it says "Heading into town..." And doesn't do anything. Does anyone know how to fix this please? Also, I just tried making a new character and that worked fine, and when I logged out the game would load for that character, so apparently only the one slot isn't working... No idea how to fix this.

I restarted my computer and it is now working, dunno WTF happened though.

I think some instances of
I think some instances of Haven go down, and you just happened to be stuck in that one, or the game chose for you the wrong one on your first login, causing you to be stuck until that instance returns.
Perhaps a solution for the devs would be to "search" for another Haven instance if one fails?

same here :X . I have 3 chars
same here :X . I have 3 chars in my acc (im steam too) and i can enter my 2 alts but cant enter my main char :( ( i just saw with my alt that my vile striker isnt in the AH registered it yesterday for 2 days so i sold it and i wana enter and make my first full 4*star set but cant enter :X:X:X:X)

samething has happened to me,
samething has happened to me, i restarted comuter but i dtill won't work, i'm thinking of reinstalling the game. And yesterday, 2 weird things happened. I bought some CE from someone for 2k, then later i still had the 2k and the CE so i bought more and more untill she said i was not logged in, but i was. So i restarted and had -4000 in the crowns arena, i sold all my CE and its working properly. And also I had no accses to haven 1 at all. it just was doing nothing when i clicked enter istance.
This is happening for me too
