i find that when i fight the snarbolax the beast bell doesent stun it even when close enough but only when its already damaged

It happens a lot if you lag.
It happens a lot if you lag. When you don't lag much, this doesn't seem to happen much either.
Doesn't prevent you from killing the boss, though, as it works eventually.
The only time I experienced that bug was when I fought snarlbox as pure bomber.
(Maybe him getting hit at exactly the same time the bell gets hit prevents the effect?)
