My friend and i have crafted about 25 items of armor and all of them has no UVs.

Before i have been getting armor with UVs more often. Now we can't get even one of them.
What is wrong? Is this a bug or chance of getting UVs are become much lower?
It starts when tickets with UVs have appeared in game.
Someone has got armor with UVs after that by simple crafting?
I am interested facts not useless opinions. Sorry if i was rude.

You wanted a fact, so here you go - you're wrong.
They likely altered the chances of it slightly based on the UV ticket merchant, but they can indeed be crafted. I've crafted two Brandishes in the past day that have UV vs Beast Low and UV vs Fiend Low. In the past I've also crafted a dual-UV Brandish of Construct Very High and ASI Low, so your statement is false.
My advice - stop crafting the same piece of armor over and over in the hopes you'll get a UV unless you feel like a gambling man.

My statement is not false. What did you crafted?- Sword. What did we (not only i, but also my friend) crafted - many suits and coats and also one helmet.
It is different things you know. So, i think there is still has some kind of bug that not allow you to get armor with UVs.
I've crafted Dusker Coats on and off and sold them on the Auction House, as well as Angelic Raiments after the Punch/Vise update, and have gotten UVs on them. The Dusker Coat has Curse Medium and I don't recall the Angelic Raiments off the top of my head.
I'm also compelled to point out that you made the universal statement declaring that "Items with UVs cannot be crafted now!", as opposed to "Armors with UVs cannot be crafted now!" which was just proven false either way.

Ok, you have got some items with UVs, but i still believe that my statement is true.
I have crafted Demo Suits, and my friend has crafted Wolver Coats, and you not.
So, you have no facts that this items can be crafted with UVs now.
The wiki is still correct about being able to craft with UVs. Spiral Demo Suits and Wolver Coats can be crafted with UVs. I tested it out just now.
It can be tough luck. Take a look around the forums for UV percentages. Even before punch tickets some people had crafted 10-20 items with 0 UVs others have crafted 5 items and received 5 UVs.
Ok, maybe you all right, then i see some sad regularity:the more i crafted - the less UV i have got.
Btw, equinox, how many of Spiral Demo Suits and Wolver Coats did you crafted before you got them with UVs? I am just curious.
