I have received an official looking email/newsletter about this game from support=spiralknights.com@mail3.uk1.mcsv.co.uk with all the links taking me to places like (DO NOT CLICK THIS LINK!) (LINK REMOVED - HYP) (DO NOT CLICK THIS LINK!)

I assume this is a phishing email and was wondering if I should forward it to someone at OOO so they can have a look at it. Also I'd like proper confirmation that this email was not sent to me by a OOO staff member.

We will never, ever send you

We will never, ever send you to a web address like that, and any mail from us will arrive from either an @spiralknights.com address or an @threerings.net address. That is indeed a phishing e-mail. In the future, please report this sort of thing with the reporting tools your own e-mail provider has (most of them have a "report as junk/scam" option), and also let us know through either a support request or through an e-mail. Thanks!

I've removed the link from your post to eliminate any chance of an accidental click.

Hello
Hyperion I read your reply on this topic. As IT Specialist,I assume that you can make a mail @spiralknights.com,@threerings.net,there is one bug in hotmail.com service that lets you create email with different strings,so only point is that GM or game support wont ask you for password anytime, anyplace.
