lol at your resale offers.
As I'm sure you know, I can get more than 7k CE in AH for a non-UV Vog Coat.
As for the Cap, check the forums. Bidding got up to 21k CE before the bidders said "don't want to bid over my friends list"
One of the bidders offered me 25k CE in game.....
I also don't trust phantom offers, and as a principle choose not to bid over them. I do however want you to know what offer I wont accept. That offer being 25k CE. This item is just too primo to part with for that price.

No offense taken. I know there is good profit in resale and I'd be a hypocrite to tell others not to.
