Hello,I already created some topics and once support answered me at mail ˙(19.8.2011 support answered ) they said that I need to wait little time,because they are collecting informations,and after 5 days,I sent one more message,and didnt got reply on those mesages for 10 days.
how could i CONTACT support?

Even if you don't get a response right away, the forums still aren't the place to contest your ban.
If you really did violate the Terms of Service, Three Rings isn't obligated to unban you. They said they're collecting information, they're very busy so it'll take some time.
