My kids would love a plush Jelly King and Snarlobax. A plush Spiral Knight we could dress up like our in-game character would be popular too. My kids are girls 3 and 7 and they love to watch SK, especially the boss levels.

I think the cutesy style of Spiral Knights lends itself well to plushies/toys. I also think the overall lack of detail in the character's designs also works in this suggestion's favor.
Not sure if there's a target group big enough to start producing these, but for the time being you can ask a crafter on (for instance) Etsy to make these for your children :)

wha?... ok, ill go with that. unusuall but yeah, seems good. you could get knight figures aswell, like one that is just like your own knight. could be a large cuddly toy, small cuddly, medium cuddly or could be a figure of which you can change its gear or something to young. could be like one of those collectable things.
you could ask the ty company, the one that did beanie buddys and the like to make them for you. or have they gone now? i dont know, i havent seen a ty shop or a place that sells ty beanies in about two years.

Everything is So Cute Anyway!
Heck, this game has such an cute, appealing style that you could probably just put plush models in random toy stores and kids would want them whether they know about the game or not. Heck, they could make a a plush (or vinyl) Knight Base with exchangeable armour pieces. Different coloured bases could come with different armour sets!
I'm a grown man and I'd buy these.
That sounds bad doesn't it. I might need to take a break from playing.
