Here is a snapshot of our culprit. But, he/she is very tech savy and hacked into Spiral Knight's HQ's main computer! They managed to block out their personal information, including their main color! We do not know who he/she is but according to Headquarter's database, this person was last seen wearing a magic hood, a magic cloak, a vile striker and a wise owlite shield. Here's how it works!
A clue will be given for each day he/she escapes. If you think you have found the criminal, whisper him/her at once. In order to get through to the criminal, you must specifically say this.
"You're under arrest!" ** YOU MUST SAY THIS IN ORDER TO GET THE BOUNTY ON HIS/HER HEAD. **
You also must be near the criminal in order to get the prize. You may only win once every TWO WEEKS.

Because this criminal somehow manages to constantly escape our clutches, they always are on the prowl, constantly hoarding more and more gems! Help us stop him/her! He escapes at exactly 6:00 PM, PST (Pacific Standard Time) everyday. Although, we really don't know why.
*Where he can be found: The Gem Hoarder is only found in English servers and is often caught chilling in the bazaar or the central headquarters area. Also, he/she never change clothes. [Eww?] He/she will always wear what he was caught in- magic cloak and magic hood].
Clue: Light blue, servers 1 - 10 / Monday - August 29, 2011 (PST time): Has been caught by player "Yellowkay"! Rewarded with a large sum of 1,000 crowns to be the first to apprehend the gem hoarder. The Hoarder leaves you with a message of, "I'll get my revenge on you, swine!"
Clue: Haven 15 / Tuesday - August 30, 2011: Has been caught by player "Scoox"! Rewarded with 10 CE. The hoarder is once again sent to jail~
The hoarder also has a name approximately four or five characters long judging from the size of the white blotches.
