So to craft a mist tank you would need a fuel canister and 100 energy.
That way if you have unused energy by the end of the day you can store it.
There would probably be a special machine to make it at, and a small crafting fee, like 200crowns.

In an odd way, this is more reasonable an approach then most of the mist storage ideas. Mist tanks aren't tradeable, and can't push ME past 100, so it doesn't run the usual risks of usurping CE.
