Just a little poll I like to ask the entire community if they like or dislike the current CE price. Just reply with like or dislike and maybe a reason or too if you wanna add more. You may say any reason you like.

I like to dislike liking such

I like to dislike liking such a dislike-able thing as the like or dislike of CE prices.

If people are tired of it and

If people are tired of it and want us to get a job, the better way is to make the game easier and then we will be happy with the game and then volunteer to help them out, plus it wouldn't help to fix the lag in certain key busy areas.

Nah, if the game's too easy people won't even play it.

OOO intentionally made it require an economics or business major to play, so that the free-to-play crowd will inevitably fail to make ends meet. Some are driven mad. Some take it to the streets begging. Yet others cause riots and unrest. Even more quit the game.

Again, making the game easier won't make people help out or force them to buy CE either. And without $$$, OOO can't fix the infamous lag.

EDIT: I might as well Microblog here...

2 months of playing with my F2P alt and...

1 Asceneded Calibur
1 Nightstick...nightblade, rather
1 Twisted Snarble Barb
1 Shadowtech Alchemer MK2
1 Toxic Atomizer
1 Chroma Set
1 Magic Set
1 Wolver Set
1 Twisted Targe
1 Owlite Shield
Couple of 2* recipes for mist crafting when I don't have time to play

To make ends meet in the SK economic recession, she won't be upgrading her armor and shield to get to Tier 3 yet. She'll be focusing on:
1. Getting 600 CE so she can sell her first Antigua/SS
2. Upgrading to Leviathan

it is honestly not that hard

it is honestly not that hard to make money in this game.

t1) reach an arena, invite some alt accounts, have one alt go solo. let the remaining alts die, beat the arena yourself, revive the alts, go back to haven. rejoin the alt that went solo. repeat. profit. this method is best in t1 arenas since they are easier, and having at least 3* equips is recommended.

t2) jelly run. buy and sell hot recipes until you have 600 CE and a sealed sword/antigua. unbind. sell.

t3) find 5th strata with a deconstruction zone right before basil. clear out floor 21, invite 3 alt accounts. take one alt account and go solo. run like mad through the deconstruction zone, get to basil, buy the best recipes. repeat. if there is no deconstruction zone, you will have to first go solo and clear out floor 22 with your main, then have your alts descend to floor 22, then have your alts join your main in the cleared out version of floor 22, then go to basil together. you will want at least 100k crowns to maximize your purchases (say, 4 vog cubs or 4 divine avengers if you should be so lucky), but it's still more cost effective than a fully jelly run even with just one alt.

you can do all of these methods with 0* equipped alts. just make sure they have gone through rescue camp first, otherwise they start out at the crash site and are docked 5 energy just for logging in.

or, you can bypass all the bs and just spend real money to go straight to the buy/selling t3 recipes portion of the game.

or, you can bypass ALL the bs and just play a better game instead.

only your first 100 mist spent each day is pure profit. after that, when you buy CE merely to continue playing you experience diminishing returns. but why would you play this game for more than 100 mist worth, anyway? it isn't deep enough to justify it. go outside. read a book. watch the stars.

FernPanda, I suggest never

FernPanda, I suggest never making a 5* unless you already have a considerable amount of 4* with that character and are comfortable with Tier 3. Unless you go past floor 23, that leviathan is barely any better (and sometimes weaker) than an ascended calibur.

I'd always prefer them to be

I'd always prefer them to be lower of course but i can manage as it stands right now; i've been playing for just over a month and i've made:

4*dusker coat/helm
Avenger
Faust
Blizzbrand
Dark Thorn Blade
4* pulsar (kilo or giga, cant remember which)
4* thorn shield...thingy

Ive also wasted a lot of money on spamming brandishes hoping for a decent one to make an acheron, but gave up. I'm doing alright, however the real roadblock is crafting 5* gear and thats far too expensive to justify for me atm, and the only other time i struggled in game was when i started (from 2-4*)

Sticking with 4* gear for now, if tier 3 required 5* though i'd be less ok with the current CE prices
