Enerygy Market Glitch

This just happened to me, and I wanted the Devs to know about it (they've been emailed) and everyone else, to see if it's happened to other people or to warn them of potential problems.

So a few mins ago I struck a deal with a guy to buy the Prisma Driver recipe. After buying it, I wanted to craft it immediately. I went to my guildhall for the crafting machine and opened up the energy market. I only needed 100 energy but I was going to buy 200 so I could have some to play tomorrow.

Anyways, I put up 2 offers. I believe they were for 6436 crowns each. At the time they were the highest offers. After a few seconds or so, both of them sold. My crowns were taken, and I no longer have them nor access to them. On the bottom right, the energy count blinked like normal.

But I never got the energy.

I couldn't believe it. I've never had anything like that happen. I don't even know if the seller got his crowns. But now I'm sitting here out almost 12900 crowns and I don't know what to do to fix it. Especially if the seller didn't get his crowns.

Sometimes that's just a graphical glitch---the numbers don't get refreshed or something.
Did restarting your client help at all?

Did you only email, or did you also file an F2 bug report? Next time, doing F2 might be prudent as well.

I just emailed. I didn't realize there was a bug report in game, though I'm not that surprised.

I hope they'll take care of it, but I also realize it was bought from another player. I hope he at least got his crowns, though that doesn't do much for me.

I emailed them as said before and got a response back saying it was a possible graphical glitch. I was told to restart the game, which I had long done with no results. It didn't resolve it and emailed back saying so.

I didn't get a response.

I emailed back again saying I didn't get any response.

I didn't get a response

And I just emailed once more saying I didn't get a response. So we'll see what happens. But I gotta say, this complete utter lack of support and just basic customer respect from Three Rings is not welcome. To complete ignore my emails for over a week when they responded to the initial one is just bad customer service. And that doesn't even take care of solving the problem, that's just communicating.

Three Rings, Sega, whoever - You're better than this. Please, start acting like it. If I didn't believe in the game I wouldn't care so much. Don't let me down.
