In the character select screen my character has no head and flying eyeballs.
On the login page the word error appears multiple times behind the log in bars.
The game loading screen freezes at 89%
Please advise

Reinstalling the game client
Reinstalling the game client fixed the problem.

It soundes like you should reinstall your game. The red error letters only show up when resource files are corrupted or missing.
