Is the test server on ? I have Purchased energy for $10.35 and $3.45 with phone at september 8 , but whe i try to login in the test server it says the server is currently not opened for the public. That mean i have no acces[i payed above 9.95 at 1 purchase so i have to have acces ...] or the server isnt on ?

Yes, but the hour that comes after 11 AM is technically 12 PM. 12 AM is midnight. 12 PM is noon.
I know it's confusing and doesn't make sense, but it is still too early and the server will not be open for a few hours.
