I think I abused their power after getting two max UVs in one roll each
Since then, I've crafted quite a bit of stuff and havnt got a single uv. Now watch, next time I go roll or craft I'll get something good.
Dang, the UV gods must hate me.

I got a low vs (type of
I got a low vs (type of monster) damage bonus on an autogun, and nothing ever since then :/ i feel cheated

Not with a max Normal UV, no. It'll be effective, but something like the Antigua line or any pure-non-normal weapon will mess you up pretty bad.

I don't craft much but after my roll on my Ash Tail helm Max! UV Normal resist i havn't crafted a UV since.
