Make Mist energy regenerate faster on Depth 29.

Currently there's no reward other than satisfaction for reaching the core on D29, no shops, no mist tanks, etc, nothing. I think there should be at least a little incentive to want to reach the core other than personal accomplishment. Why not make it so Mist energy regenerates faster in the core? Not only would this be a nice reward to the players who can make it there (regain their energy for another journey), but it would make sense with the story and atmosphere. If there's Mist energy in the air waiting to be distilled, it only makes sense that there would be much higher concentrations of it at the core, and could be distilled faster there.

Thoughts?

Lets say, they implement this, would you spend half your day there, waiting for mist?

They could give you 1 10th of a mist tank, so people wouldn't sit there all day. I'd rather they just throw in another basil untill the core comes out.

I don't really think there is

I don't really think there is any incentive to reach Moorcroft or Emberlight either other than when you need to claim access to the next tier. I mean, the recipe vendor, token trader and alchemy machine are all in Haven anyway and the vial and vitapod traders would be kinda useless in the core because there are no further levels yet (that and I never buy from them anyway).

I don't suppose I'd be against a small Mist gain (like 10, as mentioned above) so that it doesn't significantly harm the CE system.

No, it should be, until they

No, it should be, until they really implement something, you get 10 more mist for entering the core. And you shouldn't be able to invite others in the core. Like, you talk to this guy and he gives you 10 mist. But not a mist tank. That would be over powered.

To cover anchoring, they could make it so you can't join someone you've soloed from on the same level or something.

Mist Tank?

No no, they could make it so they give you a full Mist Tank for descending to the Core, but only if you've gone all the way from Emberlight. If you joined partway through, you'd either get nothing, or maybe *part* of a Mist Tank (I mean like if you only played through half the T3 stages, you'd get "Mist Tank +50" instead of "Mist Tank +100", very much how like Boss Tokens work).

I dunno. I like this idea, other than that it hasn't been thought out fully.

Prehaps a tank for your first

Prehaps a tank for your first journey there at least? Like emberlight/moorcroft. Plus a basil, please, please, please. Joining at the basil port always makes me mad when noone buys me anything. Also, on the recipie note, vatel needs more 3* recipies.

That would kinda break the CE market.

1) Play Tier 3 (use 90 energy)
2) Claim mist tank (+100 energy)
3) Use mist tank
4) Return to 1

You see the problem there? +10 energy was purposely chosen because it's a small number that gives you a little extra without letting you farm Tier 3 indefinitely.

The issue about someone joined on the last floor before the core is an issue, but then just handle it similar to the way Basil's stock works, although maybe more restrictive. Only give the energy if someone joined from Basil at the latest.

i agree

i agree with this idea, but wouldnt people just stay there or put an anchor there or something? then if their low on energy, just go and recharge?
