Bad performance after installing new GPU

I used to use an old GeForce 9500 GT and Spiral Knights ran well over 30 FPS. But with my new GTX 560 Ti, Spiral Knights can even barely get past 30 FPS.

It's somehow very strange, I don't know what to do to fix it as all of my other games run much better with this new GPU. I would appreciate any help.

System specs:

Q6600
4 GB DDR2
GTX 560 Ti (Latest drivers)
7200 RPM 500GB HDD
Windows XP Professional SP3 32-bit (Up to date)

I'm drawing a blank on this

I'm drawing a blank on this one. The only thing I can think of considering is FRAPs manipulating the drivers to sync better with the recording function.

Unless you suddenly cranked up the resolution compared to when you were using the 9500.
