I keep getting an error after confirming the conversion.

I can log in to both accounts separately without a problem, though.

It was fixed ^^ Thanks for the answer. It turned out it was just their servers having problems with Steam accounts :)
Edit: A different thought.
Do you have more than three knights over the two accounts combined? You cannot have more than three knights total to convert.
