I consider my nitronome ctr vh UV as my best and favorite weapon out of everything in my arsenal. I take it whenever I feel like going solo in T2-T3. Turns danger rooms and arenas into breeze. Take a look at Fallout's recommendation for Bombs on the wiki.
It's also fairly decent in PVP to expose those pesky recons around you.
