Is there any way to save a message so I don't have to type it out everytime? Mostly thinking of selling items in town.

Play windowed and use Notepad
If you can play on windowed mode, you can add to the tip above by saving several messages into a Notepad or some similar program, then copy 'em from there if needed.

Most of the chat short cuts
Most of the chat short cuts seem to be lifted from World of Warcraft (of course as such it may be industry standard, Aion and a little eve are the only contemporay MMO's I've played. The main of which is r to reply to a tell, although r and then tab doesnt cycle through multiple tells like in World of Warcraft.

If you press up and down it
If you press up and down it will cycle through the last few people you have /told
CTRL+C
then
CTRL+V
That's all you can do if you want to repeat...
